A: Yes, you may return items within 15 calendar days from the day of delivery for a refund, or exchange. However, items must be in new condition.
A: In the case of swimsuits, if the swimsuit is used in water, it will never be accepted for return or exchange. We use special dye around the tags to test if it was used in water.
For other clothing items, the articles should be in new condition, tried on but not worn for an occasion, any items with excessive perfume or other odors will not be accepted.
Silk scarves, if the package is opened, will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. You should be able to evaluate the pattern without opening the package. The reason for this is hygiene issues.
A: There are two methods to initiate a Return.
(1) ONLINE. Simply login to your account here, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
(2) FILL OUT THE RETURN / EXCHANGE FORM. In the package you received from us, there should be a Return/Exchange form. Please follow the form instructions to complete the return or exchange process. If the item is returned to us and does not meet the return guidelines posted above, we reserve the right to not accept the item.

A: Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In the case that Alsharifa.com has made an error, our organization will pay for shipping to correct the problem. When returning any item, please include delivery confirmation. Alsharifa.com will not be responsible for items missing in the mail stream.

A: For USA shipments, the customer pays to send the product back. Under certain circumstances, if unreasonable cause for returning the item is given, Alsharifa.com reserves the right to deduct the outbound shipping cost as well.
The FREE Shipping offer, if made available to you in the USA, remains in force so long that the purchase transaction is not cancelled. If the purchase transaction is cancelled, Alsharifa.com reserves the right to charge for all outbound shipping costs, to avoid business loss.
For International shipments, due to the relatively high cost of shipping, the customer will be responsible for both outbound and inbound shipping and handling charges. For example, if it cost $30 to ship an item to Sweden, and then the customer incurred a cost of $35 to ship it back to alsharifa.com, then the customer's maximum liability will be $65. This amount will be deducted from the Gross payment in the relevant order.
A: YES. By default, credit card refunds will be issued through our payment processor PayPal. If you paid with your PayPal account using Instant Payment, we will refund using the same method.
A: Currently we do not charge a restocking fee on regular retail orders.
However, there is one exception. If you place a trial order of Swimsuits where the order contains more than 2 swimsuits, we will charge a 15% restocking fee. For example, if you purchase 6 different swimsuits in different sizes, styles, and colors with the objective of eventually keeping only one swimsuit (so trying different options), we will assess the 15% restocking fee, upon receipt of the goods.
A: We ship worldwide. Our default shipping carrier is USPS (the United States Postal Service.) We will ship anywhere USPS ships to. To review list of countries, please click here.
A: No, Alsharifa.com will pay for shipping only. There is no way of easily telling a priori what customs charges will be, if any. Most countries may not consider a product dutiable if the declared value is below a specific dollar amount, or if the item is declared as a gift. We will work with you to minimize your customs liability, within the law. It remains the legal responsibility of the buyer to check if imported products will be allowed in the country as well as look into applicable duty / customs charges. Most of our worldwide shipments arrive at their final destination with minimal to no customs charges.
A: YES. Shipping charges are given in the Shopping Cart, you may also choose a different shipping carrier (e.g. FedEx instead of USPS) where the option is made available.
